The GrossGlockner pass is one of the most beautiful mountain passes in Austria. On the Kaiser-Franz-Josefs-Höhe you can see the glacier live, after the descent a nice stopover at Schloss Mittersill. Here you can enjoy your lunch with a breathtaking view. Duration approx. 6 hours (340 km)

a beautiful ride through the Defereggental will eventually bring you to the Staller Sattel pass. if you want to drink a nice cup of coffee on the shore of Lago di Anterselva this beautiful winding but narrow mountain pass. View the Drei Zinnen via the Pustertal and then have a nice lunch at the best pizzeria at hotel Helm. duration approx. 5 hours (230 km)

Over the Pustertaler Hochstraße drive in the direction of Süd Tirol talië, highly recommended is to make a stopover at the Pragser Wildsee, a nice walk or enjoy the beautiful nature from the terrace. on the way back through the Lesachtal towards Kötschach Mauthen, duration approx. 5 hours (220km)

the outward journey through the Drautal towards the beautiful Nockalm pass with its breathtaking view, many drive the pass twice! if you want to make a round trip you can return via the south side via the Millstättersee back to Lienz, only then return via the Mölltal. duration approx. 6 hours (320km)

A very beautiful winding pass is the Plöckenpass which leads directly into Italy, from here towards Tolmezzo, Udine and Tarvisio back towards Austria. If you like fish, we can recommend a first class fish restaurant here. Via Hermagor over the Kreuzbergpass towards the Weissensee, duration approx. 5 hours (250km)

Via Kötschach mauthen towards Hermagor over the Nassfeldpass, a beautiful wide pass with generally good visibility. At the top of the pass is the border to Italy, here directionTolmezzo and then on the most idyllic small streets along the river "Piave" back to Innichen. duration approx. 6 hours (290km)
